New description:

 I've been using Cyberduck's WebDAV to upload/download files with great
 success until I upgraded to 3.1.2. Now, the files that I upload within
 folders generate errors for people who try to download them from our web
 pages. Files uploaded individually do not cause errors.

 I re-downloaded 3.1.1 and it works without issue, so something must have
 happened in the move to 3.1.2.

 The error message the user receives from our web page reads:

 {{{
 XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
 }}}
