 == Summary ==

 The Quick Connect drop-down on the toolbar does not update bookmark names
 when a new bookmark is renamed.

 And since new bookmarks are created, initially, with the name of a
 previous bookmark, new bookmarks also do not show up with the correct
 name.

 == Steps to reproduce ==

 1. Create a bookmark and give it a name, say “Bookmark 1”.
 2. Create another bookmark.
     * Notice that by default, Cyberduck pre-fills the new bookmark with
 information from the last bookmark, including the name “Bookmark 1”.
 3. Type a different name for the new bookmark, such as “Bookmark 2”.

 == Expected results ==

 The Quick Connect drop-down should show “Bookmark 1” and “Bookmark 2”.

 == Actual results ==

 The drop-down shows “Bookmark 1” twice.

 == Notes ==

 A related problem happens if you rename an existing bookmark: the Quick
 Connect drop-down does not change to reflect the new name of the bookmark.
