 We are having the same issue -- Rackspace is saying they are all resolved,
 yet we see no containers upon login.  Actually told us to go to CyberDuck
 for support which seemed odd that CyberDuck stopped working the day of the
 Rackspace Cloud Files outage/degradation.

 We could limp along on the cloud files support panel, but it doesn't show
 the pseudo-folders we created.  Anyone with Cyberduck on RS Cloud files
 having success getting in?
