 I work with a number of schools that have been using Cyberduck for some
 time to load files to an FTP site.  Just today, a school that has
 successfully uploaded many times in the past, keeps getting this message:
 Error: Upload Failed: Unexpected end of sftp stream

 I checked the archive and the most recent mention of this message is 2014.
 any suggestions regarding what I can tell this school to work this out?
