 Just upgraded to Cyberduck 6.3.1. I have Cyberduck set to automatically
 download and open a file in my default editor (TextWrangler) after I
 double click on the filename. After downloading a file once by double-
 clicking, double-clicking on the file a second time produces the following
 error:

 File not found (MacOS Error code: -43)

 This error occurs if I close the open file before attempting to open it
 again, or if I leave it open. It happens if I make changes to the file or
 if the file remains unchanged. It also happens if I navigate to a
 different directory and then return to the original directory. The only
 way to stop this error is to press the refresh button. So opening a file
 now means pressing refresh and then clicking on the file every time except
 the first.

 This is a new bug I had not seen before prior to upgrading to 6.3.1.
