[Cyberduck-localization] Changes for 2.6.3

The next release will have some minor new features which make the 
following changes necessary. (Also see 
http://trac.cyberduck.ch/query?status=closed&milestone=2.6.3)

1) Browser.strings has two new strings to translate; the first to 
download files to a designated directory and a 'Rename' menu item.
