[Cyberduck-localization] Some organization.

Dear localizers,

I would like to get an overview of the status of localizations. Anyone who is the maintainer of a localization but is no more commited to update it, please let us know.

Also, I have opened the mailing list for posts by list members to ease collaboration between localizers. This means you are now free to post questions and comments to the list if you feel this could be of common interest.

Please give the latest snapshot build [1] a try which includes your latest changes.
