 I am trying to download cyberduck and each time it says "mounting failed"
 during the download and then it gives me the following warning:  the
 following disk images failed to mount.  Image, cyberduck-2.5.2.dmg and the
 reason is device not configured.

 I need this asap.  Can you help me.
