 There is a non-transparent white pixel on the "uploading" icon (tranfer
 window); just below the up arrow.
 To spot it, uncheck "remove item when transfer is complete" and upload
 whatever file to whatever ftp space, as the item is highlighted in the
 transfer window, a pixel remains white.

 (yes, I did move the window to be sure that's not because of a dead pixel
 on the LCD screen :-)
