Comment:

 This is a regression from #77. Folders created locally when downloading
 get the permission mask from the remote folder. If the folder on the
 server is read-only, this leads to problems as you then can't download
 files into the locally created folder. As a workaround, turn off the
 preferences item 'adjust permissions on download'.
