#696: overwriting existing files fails

 When I try to download a file that allready exists in my local folder the
 download fails.
 I drag the new file over my finder folder -> Growl says "download
 completed" -> at the same time Cyberduck's "do you want to overwrite these
 files" pops up -> I click "overwrite", but the file is still the old
 version :((

 using Cyberduck 2.6.1 build 2376
