 I downloaded the latest version recently - 2.6.1 (2376) - and every upload
 since then, all to sites I have previously sent stuffed folders to
 succesfully has disconnected and shown the following error message I/0
 Error: Broken pipe. I read the list of fixes on the latest upgrade of
 Cyberduck before downloading and recall that pipe errors were one of the
 things the upgrade would fix (am I recalling this correctly?) - why is
 this happening to me now on this version when it didn't on earlier models?
