 To reproduce:

   1. Upload a file to a directory in which you have no write permission by
 dragging from Finder to the Cyberduck window.
   2. A "failures" slide-out will appear from the Transfers dialog stating
 that you don't have permissions
   3. Give yourself permissions to write to the target directory
   4. Click "Try Again"
   5. The transfer will succeed but the Cyberduck window does '''not'''
 automatically update to show the new file. Clicking "refresh" '''does'''
 show the new file.

 Test conditions:
   * SFTP
   * Outline view (non-expanded)
   * Build 2608
