 When hitting control-Q or clicking Quit from the Finder, when a remote ftp
 site is live and open, the dialog appears asking to Quit Anyway, Cancel,
 Review.

 Quit cancel fails to quit the app and the window is left open. The only
 way to quit from an open session it to review, then disconnect.
