 I did notice something else, it appears that the server ( I use hosting )
 may be in a different time zone and is modifying the date/time stamp to
 reflect it's local settings, this is what could be causing CyberDuck to
 upload all the file every time.  The server is an hour behind my local
 time.  Maybe an option in the settings pane for time adjustments....
