 When uploading a bunch of files nested in folders via SFTP, I can see in
 the Transfer Queue that Cyberduck is listing the directory before each and
 every upload. This is causing a significant slow down compared to other
 SFTP programs.  Can't you just upload all the files without listing the
 directory, or list it only once.
