 If you try to create a new bookmark for a site that has not yet been set
 up  as a new connection, cyberduck 2.6 will "beach ball" and you will have
 to force quit the app.  If you are unable to set up a bookmark a site in
 this manner, it would be better to advise the user in a more interactive
 fashion, such as "Please add the connection first"
