 On of our customers has the following problem: he wans to upload pictures
 to his customer and delete them after a week or so. But when he choses
 "delete" and confirms the order, the error message "Delete operation
 fails" appears.
 Can you tell me, what happened?
 I´ll sed a screenshot with the error message and the log.
