 When using the Cyberduck Widget to upload files, I observed the following
 glitches/errors:

   * the files are not added to the transfer que("Transfers" window), thus
 disabling a user from observing progress on the upload

   * transfers are not noted in the "Log Drawer"

   * while uploading, Cyberduck becomes unresponsive and appears to "lock
 up" until the upload is finished
