 This is a two part ticket, the first is an enchancement, while the second
 is a defect.

 <enhancement>
 When uploading, there is no way to disable hidden files from being
 uploaded. So, all the nested .svn folders get uploaded with the files. For
 CVS, they aren't hidden, however it would be good if there was a way to
 tell it not to upload these directories also.
 </enhancement>

 <defect>
 With the option to 'Show hidden files' enabled, the .svn directories still
 do not show up. This means I can't delete them after uploading.
 </defect>
