 Behavior: With a bookmark selected in the drawer, cmd-E opens a small
 editing window. Repeatedly pressing cmd-E opens duplicate windows.

 Expected: The command should either toggle the editing window, or simply
 activate the existing window if the command is invoked a repeatedly.
