 Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Launch Cyberduck
 2. Click Open Connection
 3. Type "ftp." into the server field.
 4. App crashes.

 I have items in the popup list so it might be crashing if it is trying to
 auto-complete what I'm typing. The popup list for server has several
 duplicates, and they are not in alphabetical order.
