 Description:
 When trying to upload a file and using the Menu or the Context sensitive
 Menu, the file is always uploaded into the selected directory in the pop
 up menu, even when there is a selection in the directory tree beneath it.

 Expected Behaviour:
 When I select something in the tree and then perform the upload command
 (especially in the context menu) I would want cyberduck to upload into
 this directory and not in the directory selected in the pop up on top.

 Had this issue, when a friend of mine tried to place something on my FTP
 site and only incoming had write permissions. Cyberduck always tried to
 put it into the root directory and she got permission denied errors.

 Drag and drop works perfectly, but the menu is not intuitive...
