 External editor integration with Smultron.

 When smultron preference is set to "Create new document" at startup, the
 edit button in CyberDuck still opens Smultron and the blank new document,
 but not the requested document from the FTP server.

 Disabling "Create new document" in Smultron, restores the ability to
 directly edit files from CyberDuck.
