 I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE

 I need a better description of this method of accessing the -
 'Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app' - how do I access this
 feature to change my password? I deleted the save key chain-entered my
 password and it still does not log on.  where do I reconstruct my
 password?
