 since the last update on leopard and tiger cyberducks bookmarks take no
 effect, you click it and nothing happens, you can still navigate via the
 root pulldown menu in the middle - thats makes it unusable now. and still
 it doesn't download filenames that contain special chars or "Umlauts" like
 öäüetc.. so one has to rename it. so it's from the best ftp to the most
 unuable now..

 is there a downgrade? it worked before, the umlaut problem was always
 there, I assume that will not be fixed. changing URLs works, it doesn't
 follow subdirectories, so one has to nav. to it. so maybe it's just
 cirtical not a blocker? but the umlauts is a blocker, since it reports
 those files are locked and tries to download everything again and again
 and will always not get the special characters in filenames - thats a
 problem - if so - why not just allow it? even if they come from Macs
 originally that happens! (the server is not a mac of course). Hope I could
 help..
