 Cyberduck should allow users to specify a list of file/folder names that
 are ignored during file transfers.

 This feature should be designed with client-side source control management
 files, such as .svn/ and .cvs/.  This feature could be enhanced by
 allowing regular expressions/wildcards in addition to exact matches.
