 I have found of recent (not observed with previos versions but it may have
 been present) that some times when trying to open remote files for
 editting (using Smultron) the files do not open, and cyberduck needs to be
 reopened.  If a file is sucessfully opened, there are no issues with the
 uploading of the files.
