Comment:

 This has to do with the text encoding of the file and the content type of
 your HTML; e.g.
 {{{
         <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"
 />
 }}}
 which must be the same.

 This is not related to any functionality given by Cyberduck.
