 I can't get Cyberduck to compare modification dates during
 synchronization. I keep opening the preferences and clicking the checkbox
 marked "Compare modification dates," but when I close the preferences
 window and reopen it, the checkbox is empty again.

 I'm running version 2.8b1 (3212).
