 The company the provides the FTP software sent me this message.

 "There is a known bug in the current release of Cyberduck.  If you try any
 other FTP client (Fetch or Transmit, for example), you'll see the folders.

 Please report the bug to the Cyberduck developers.  Until version 2.7 (or
 so), Cyberduck worked fine, but something in a recent release changed in
 their directory parser, resulting in incomplete directory listings."
