 During download, Cyberduck places a file with the placeholding (cyberduck)
 icon in the destination direction. However, upon completion of the
 download (especially for very small downloads), the icon of the
 destination file does not always revert back to the icon of the source for
 some files. Instead, the placeholding duck icon is left with the completed
 download.
