 If you initiate a download by double-clicking on an item in ftp mode, or
 dragging it to the desktop or a folder, or by right-clicking on it and
 selecting download, the Transfer window is displayed and the item is
 downloaded.
 If you start the download by pressing command-down arrow, Cyberduck
 displays a download status in the window status area, but the Transfer
 window is not opened. When the download is complete, it is not available
 in the Downloads folder.
 MacOS 10.5.2.
