 Ever since I started using Cyberduck last year, when I begin a transfer,
 the Transfers window does not move to the front even though I have that
 setting checked under Preferences. I'm using the latest version now, but
 even in older versions it did not work like expected. Other apps that I
 use do move windows to the front, so I know that this behavior should work
 on my machine.
