 I have exactly the same problem with a bookmark which used to work pretty
 well with older versions of Cyberduck (2.6), but another bookmark (SFTP)
 still works properly. When I try to use a SFTP connection for the first
 one too, I become this error message: "Unexpected end of sftp stream". I'd
 really love this problem to be resolved, for Cyberduck used to be my
 favorite FTP program...
