 I selected 10 files from an FTP server and downloaded them (in a single
 action) to a file server. The average size was about 15MB. The transfer
 completed, but the icon on the last file is still the Cyberduck download
 in progress icon. The others show a generic UNIX icon, since the file has
 no identifying information.
