 begins transfer - then the little bar just stalls.  the transfer appears
 to be complete - then you go back to thebar and it still shows thatit's
 gtransferring but only a small percentage is done - once you click on it,
 it begins to show some action. c urrently it is justing parked at 1 meg of
 27  and is going nowhere
