 Please check if the latest nightly build at
 [http://update.cyberduck.ch/nightly/] makes any difference.

 If the problem persists, can you paste the following in a Terminal.app
 window

 defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck logging INFO
 }}}


 restart Cyberduck.app, connect to the server and send me the output you
 find in the console.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app).

 Alternatively, open a Terminal.app window and connect using the command
 line ftp program and send me the output after an ls command.
