 When you edit your file with external an editor and cyberduck crashes and
 you try to reopen this file, then cyberduck opens it as file-1.php,
 because file.php still exists in cyberducks cachepath (on my system
 /private/var/folders/qO/qO6hnyq8GlabCqhGwNMhTE+++TI/-Tmp-/).
 So maybe it would be usefull when this cache would be cleared when opening
 cyberduck. (now you have to delete manually this files)
