Comment (by beta at acm.org):

 This crash leaves the icon of the downloaded file unchanged from the
 cyberduck download icon, and seems to be more frequent when Finder is
 viewing the folder in which the files are being downloaded (e.g., drag a
 file from Cyberduck to a Finder folder and leave it there).  You may check
 if it's related to conflicts between Finder and the Java call (locking
 issue?) If interested I can send you more crash dumps but they are
 essentially the same as the one you've shown.
