 If files are moved from one folder to another such as files arrive in a
 folder from a client, then after downloading are moved to a hold folder or
 such, the files can not be viewed in any folder without restarting the
 application. In other words all folders appear empty after files are
 moved. After restarting the application the folders contents display
 properly again.
