 Thanks for the additional bug report (fixed in r3463). Can you please
 check if disabling rendezvous makes any difference to the interface
 freeze. Paste

 defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck rendezvous.enable false
 }}}

 into a Terminal.app window and restart Cyberduck.
