 Dear technical support,

 The tool's version I use is 2.8.4 & the environment is Mac OSX

 Recently [1] directory listing and [2] uploading a 2MB data requires me to
 wait very long time. (each part likely > 4 minutes)

 [3] the uploading session will even time out if the waiting time is too
 long.

 Could you tell me how to solve the problem?
