 For several versions, up to and including 3.0b2, whenever I try to
 download from my company's FTP server I get <1 Mb of the file, and then
 the transfer hangs and eventually times out.  I never had that problem
 before, and our FTP administrator claims no changes have been made.  I am
 running v10.5.2 of Mac OS X.
