 I connect to several users on the same server and have bookmarks to each.
 When I click "Open Connection" to connect to another account and pull down
 the "Servers:" drop-down it lists the servers for each bookmark with many
 duplicates.  Not a big issue, but a unique sort would make it a bit
 cleaner.  Thanks.
