 I cannot pinpoint when exactly this happens but sometimes the
 back/forward/go up directory buttons below the toolbar cannot be clicked
 while in a session.  The only way I have been able to replicate this is by
 opening a new browser window and clicking on the drop down between the
 back/forward and up directory buttons and clicking again.  If I then
 connect to my FTP share (with a bookmark) the whole bar will be "locked"
 except the bookmark button.
