 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Launch Cyberduck 3.0 (3599)
 2. open an ftp connection
 3. go to any directory and ctrl + click on a folder/file to get contextual
 menu support

 Actual Results:
 cyberduck crashes

 Expected Results:
 Show contextual menu for that file/folder

 OS: 10.5.2

 Note: tried clearing preferences multiple times and restarting and still
 occurs.
