 FTP transfers from Bulletproof FTP Server v2.4.0.31 can't seem to be
 resumed anymore. If you choose to continue instead of overwriting the
 file, it just starts with 0 bytes. In addition to that, an unstable
 connection which triggers Cyberduck to the status "Checking connection"
 remains in that status even though the transfer continues.
