 I assume this is the same issue I'm having.. I allowed Cyberduck to update
 itself today - my version is now 3.0.1 (3999).  Now, when I open a remote
 file for editing in Textmate, then try to save it, I notice that Cyberduck
 has already disappeared with no error.  Here are the relevant messages
 from the console:
