 do you want to report the last crash?

 Everytime I start Cyberduck I get the message "do you want to report the
 last crash?", it states Cyberduck has recently crashed, '''but it has not
 crashed'''. I either click "Don't Send" or "Send", then Cyberduck starts
 up fine.

 I'm using version 3.03 (4205) on 10.5.5
